1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Taka Baji ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Taka Baji platform at taka-baji.vip, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Taka Baji, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting features, promotional offers, the loyalty program, and the mobile application. To register and maintain an account on Taka Baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Taka Baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — at any point during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each member is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Taka Baji will never ask you to share your password through any channel.

4 Deposits

Taka Baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier loyalty members may have elevated limits applied automatically.

Deposits are credited to your Taka Baji wallet instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Taka Baji does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Taka Baji's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Taka Baji reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if fraud or money laundering concerns are identified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within three minutes for verified accounts. Taka Baji does not charge withdrawal fees.

Before your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — Taka Baji may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid national ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of your payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Taka Baji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if additional verification is required.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Taka Baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. General bonus rules that apply across all Taka Baji promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute less. Check the specific promotion for details.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Loyalty Program

All registered Taka Baji members are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program from the moment their account is created. The program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are earned on every real-money bet placed across all eligible games.

• Loyalty points never expire as long as your account remains active.
• Tier upgrades are assessed at the start of each calendar month based on points accumulated in the previous month.
• Cashback earned through the loyalty program is credited every Monday and carries no wagering requirement.

• Taka Baji reserves the right to adjust the loyalty program structure, point values, and tier thresholds with 30 days' notice to members.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Taka Baji use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your wallet.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Taka Baji staff or other members through any communication channel.
